It may look like the new iPhone but it’s not. The Toshiba TG01 is with its 9.9mm package much thinner and with the 4.1-inch high-res screen also bigger. It is also the first phone with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor making the Toshiba TG01 faster than any device on the market.

Another great feature on the Toshiba TG01 is the gesture operation. Without even having to touch the display you can carry out numerous of tasks. Activate incoming calls simply by shaking your TG01 or switch between applications by tilting the device.

Toshiba TG01 in stores
The Toshiba TG01 runs Window Mobile 6.1 with custom Tosh 3D GUI. It will be available in summer 2009 so maybe by that time the TG01 already has Windows Mobile 6.5.
